K.I.A.S.U. live in TARC

Today as usual I with my friend went to school together by car to attend my Business tutorial.  Actually, every Wednesday, my class is only from 12 to 2 pm.  But, today, my group have to re-do our chemistry practical coz we didn’t have any results for our experiment that we just did yesterday.  Honestly, we screwed up the whole experiment and some other problems occured lar…Unfortunately in my group, there’s the kiasu-est freak Penangite that I have ever met in my entire life.  My college life has been so so difficult whenever he is around with me and my gang.

This semester is much more relaxing than the previous semester in such a way that the timetable is not so busy like the previous semester whereby for this semester my schedule some start later in the morning and some 8 am and classes ended at 2pm or 4pm compared to last semester all my classes starts at 8am and ended at 4 or 5 pm.

Okay, as I mention earlier, i attended my tutorial from 12 to 2pm.  During the tutorial, our lecturer gave us 3 situation about business ethicals and we were asked to figure out what is the decision should be made which we think is ethical for every parties and present our points.  We were divided into groups of 5.  In my group, again the kiasu freak joined my group for the discussion.  Everything went well.  We discussed and that kiasu seemed like has experience in this business thingy as he is a Degree holder in Biotechnology and currently owns a Chemical laboratory.  Frankly speaking, I have to admit that I’m not good in business and not even interested in it…hehe…Okay, back to the story.  That kiasu guy gave quite a few ideas regarding the 3 situations given and explain well to us.  What pissed me off is when he refused to help our group to present our points to the class.  If not because of his age and big sized body, I would punch him right on the spot.  We all decided that he go out to the front of the class to present our answers but he refused.  I had a short arguement with him about that and he told me that he doesn’t want to present because it doesn’t bring any benefits to him instead, only give more benefits to the class.  I was so damn shock with that answer.  I can’t believe what i had just heard from that guy.  I don’t know wether my other group members did listen to what he just said or not but that made me even more pissed off.  I blast him off by saying he’s such a selfish person and useless.  Surprisingly, he replied me by saying that what to do, he’s like that…Oh my gosh…I just can’t stand him anymore.  When our group turn to present our answer, no one wants to go to present.  The whole class stared at our table and expecting someone to get up and go to the front.  With no choice, i just stood up and at the same time i called him CHICKEN quite loudly I guess and walked to the front empty handed, blank-minded as I’m not good at business.  It was more like an impromptu presentation unlike other groups the presenter brought along some notes they discussed with the group members to help in their explanation.  While presenting, I can’t think porperly what should I say coz  I have many things that I would like to present and at the same time I was still so pissed off by that idiotic kiasu freak.  The lecturer kept on shooting at me and I just try my best to support my points for all 3 situations.  Whatever come cross my mind I just say it out…fewwhhh…it was really tough..really.  I walked slowly to my seat and every eyes stared at me as I return to my seat.  After that, that…that…JERK still dare to congratulate me for my presentation….Oh shit..what is on his mind??!!!  Then, he asked me why I didn’t bullshit a little more to support the answers and I told him that I’m not good at it and why didn’t he do it instead.  He then said that he’s good at "goreng" anything as long can support our points.  I asked him since he’s so good at "goreng" why not he go and present just now and he tried to find other excuses by saying that giving me chance to present.  But I have no interest to continue the conversation with him any longer so I just say don’t talk to me anymore, I don’t want to hear anything from you.  That ended our conversation and the tutorial went on until 2pm.

After the presentation, I’m wondering how am I and other group members going to stand him as for the business assignment he’s in my group again!!!DAMN!!!!!!!….He’s just everywhere.  There’s even once in the biology lab where we are just going to take the apparatus for experiment of bacteria and guess what?? He stopped a guy right in front of him by pulling him back and tried to get in front of others just to be the first person to get the materials.  *Sigh*  There are many more stories about him being kiasu and selfish and arrogant towards some of my other coursemates but right now I don’t have the time to share with you all…HeHe…
